Based on the "Samuel 3" / C5C / Ezra core, this sample was built using the 0.13 µm process. Very similar to the "Samuel 2" / C5B Core, this core only allows the CPU to clock higher and works cooler. It comes with a 128 KB L1 cache and a 64KB L2 cache and needs 1.35 Volt. CPUID is 0x678. This engineering sample have markings on front, is clocked at 866 MHz and was built in late september 2001.
